Currently heart disease is the number one cause of death to people in the United States. Heart health is an important topic for people of all ages and genders to consider. Many people associate heart disease with older people, however, in recent years obesity, vaping, and other risk factors are now causing heart disease to be commonly diagnosed in the younger generation.
