Customer Service Assistant
At Secure American Insurance we are looking for a part-time customer service assistant to join our Independent Agency Team. Applicants must have excellent customer service and team work skills. Current insurance license is preferred, but not required.
· Part-Time - 20 hours per week
· Compensation: $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience
· Holidays Off
· Weekends Off
· Assistance with Licensing
· Growth and Income Opportunities
· Answering and forwarding incoming calls
· Updating information in agency management system
· File, email, and post all incoming and outgoing mail
· Assist with data intake of new customers
· Assist in updating insurance carrier information in agency database
· Assist management with special projects on a quarterly basis
· Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of employment
· Prior customer service experience
· Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Flexibility with change in day to day duties
